With over 20 years of experience leading marketing and communications programmes across Europe and the Middle East, Kiera is known for her strategic thinking, creative energy, and commitment to helping brands grow brighter.
Kiera founded Bright Company to challenge traditional agency models. Rather than offering one or two isolated services, she and her team take a deep dive into each client’s brand, market, and goals to help them understand exactly what marketing and communications strategies they need to grow. With a career spanning more than two decades, Kiera has built and led communications programmes for government entities, global brands, B2C, and B2B organisations. She has worked with some of the world’s top agencies, including Weber Shandwick, Seven Media, and MullenLowe, as well as client-side for brands including Informa Exhibitions, British Sky Broadcasting, and The History Channel.
Based in Dubai for over 13 years, Kiera combines international experience with deep regional insight. Her understanding of the GCC and MENA markets enables Bright Company to deliver campaigns that balance global best practices with local relevance.
